Tako is a Thai Coconut Pudding that is widely found in street vendors in Thailand.

It's, made with crunchy Water Chestnut and some hint of corns, wrap around with a Pandan Leaf, infusing the aroma of Pandan into the pudding itself. 

Tako has 2 layer. The top layer would be a slightly salty while the bottom layer is sweet balancing both flavor.

This would then brings out a unique combination of sweet & salty thai pudding!
