Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy


  • Once orders are received, it's not possible to be Refunded, Change, Exchange, or Cancel for the orders/product/dessert.
  • Once Payment is Processed and Completed Online, it's not possible to be Refunded, Change, Exchanged, or Cancel. 
  • Understandable, if there would be a rise of Unforeseen Circumstances which are beyond our control. In which a refund can be granted, it would be in a form of Kanoom Wan store Credit and would be evaluated on a Case - by - Case basis. 
  • Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purpose, all of our desserts are not returnable.
  • A refund would be granted for the product that are damage, incorrect or incomplete only.
  • In the event there is a incorrect and / or damage items, we will replace the item for you at our own expense. ( Provided it was notify to us as soon as possible which mean immediately upon receiving the order )
  • Details and proof might be requested upon inquiry. 
  • A refund for damage product will not be provided if it has been kept for more than a day as we recommend to consume it in same day due to it being a perishable product.
  • In the event of an incomplete order, refund would be granted in the form of Kanoom Wan store credit.
  • No refund if there is a change of mind situation.

Kanoom Wan reserve the right to reject any refund or exchange that is deemed unfit or unreasonable.
