1. How do you deliver the desserts?

• We use our own transportation or third-party delivery services such as Grab / Lalamove etc. 

2. Do you have ready-stock desserts?

• No, We don't. 

3. Why is your delivery time stated as preferred and not guaranteed?

• We provide preferred time slot delivery based on the availability of delivery slot as we will deliver based on one area at a time. We will try our best to deliver based on the preferred time slot chosen but there's no guarantee.
• Time slot can be chosen at the checkout page.
• [ Do note that our delivery time might be earlier or later than the slot chosen ] 

4. I live in a high-rise building, Can you deliver right to my unit? 

• The driver will only deliver to the lobby/drop-off point ONLY. The same will apply to places such as inside malls/hotels etc. 

5. Can I order for pick up?

• Currently we don't have pick up option. 

6. How long can I keep the desserts for?

• Due to it being a perishable product, we recommend to consume it immediately upon receiving your order and within same day. 
• All of our product are not recommend to be keep till next day.
